Culture of Health & Wellness

At the American Cancer Society, we know that a healthier workforce is a stronger workforce. Our CEOs Against Cancer Chapter partners with business leaders to create a culture of wellness that supports employees at every level. From promoting cancer prevention and early detection to encouraging healthier lifestyle choices, we help employers integrate proven strategies that reduce health risks and foster long-term wellbeing.

Through tailored resources and evidence-based programs, the American Cancer Society empowers companies to champion employee wellness in meaningful ways. Whether it’s implementing screening awareness campaigns, supporting tobacco cessation, or building initiatives that address nutrition, fitness, and stress management, we provide the tools leaders need to create lasting impact. Together, we can ensure that employees not only thrive in the workplace, but also live healthier, longer lives.

Annual Wellness Forum

Each year, the St. Louis CEO Chapter hosts an Annual Wellness Forum, bringing together corporate wellness leaders from across the region to share best practices, innovative strategies, and proven approaches to creating healthier workplaces. This gathering serves as a collaborative space where employers can exchange ideas, learn from national experts, and explore new ways to integrate wellness into their organizational culture. By convening leaders who are committed to advancing employee health, the Forum not only strengthens individual companies but also drives collective progress toward reducing cancer risk and improving quality of life for entire communities.
