The 2026 Fit2BeCancerFree Wellness Forum presented by Copeland brought together health and wellness professionals from across the St. Louis metro area for a dynamic conversation around “An Employee’s Health Journey – First Steps that Matter.”

 

Hosted by the American Cancer Society, this forum explored how organizations can support healthier workplaces by focusing on the early steps employees take toward better health and cancer prevention. Attendees heard from guest speakers who shared best practices from successful corporate wellness programs, along with a lively panel discussion featuring professionals from the world of sports who added a unique “sports lens” to the conversation around performance, prevention, and building a culture of health.
