This June, the CEOs Against Cancer of Missouri – St. Louis Chapter took an exciting step toward expanding our impact. A group of our Chapter Members welcomed several Kansas City–area CEOs and executives to St. Louis for a conversation about launching a new CEOs Chapter in Kansas City.
The day kicked off at the KPMG Office in Downtown St. Louis, where we were graciously hosted by Andrew Davidson. Together, we discussed the power of CEOs Against Cancer — how business leaders can unite to drive change, champion prevention and early detection, and make a measurable difference in the fight against cancer.
After the meeting, the group headed to Busch Stadium for some cross-state rivalry fun, watching the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Kansas City Royals. A special thank-you to Steve Mackin & Dr. Meiners from Mercy and Jeremy Fotheringham, RN, MHSA, JD from SSM Health for hosting our guests at the game and creating a memorable experience.
Momentum is building, and we couldn’t be more excited to see the CEO Chapter concept expanding to Kansas City in early 2026. This next chapter will connect more influential leaders to our mission — and bring even greater impact to communities across Missouri and Kansas.
